Free trial then automatically subscribed and charged before expiry of trial

Hence, you have been charged recently for AVG Internet Security - Unlimited Devices (1 year subscription).
The auto renewal notification will be sent to you before 10 days of the trial expiry and the charge will be debited within last three days of the 60 day expiry.
Yes, it is possible for you to get refund for this recent charge.

Hi,

Got the free trial of AVG (but i don't remember really downloading anything).  Expiry of this free trial is on June 12, 2018.  Received an email today,  June 9, that I was automatically subscribed and charged for a whole year's subscription even before the June 12 expiry date.

I do not want to get that yearly subscription and would like to know if there can be a reversal of charges for the whole year's subscription since the free trial isn't expired yet. 

Hope to hear from support soon.  I do not know what to do as there is no cancellation button on the AVG site.

Do i need to do anything else to make sure that I will not get billed again for the free service of AVG?  I have already received the refund (much appreciated) notice but the invoice for June 9 is still in my order history.
