to download and run the AVG Remover tool.
Please select the AVG products which are shown in the remover tool window and then start removal process.
After the remover tool process is successfully finished, I request you to restart your pc.
After the restart, I request you to manually delete the AVG Remover folder in the C drive of Mycomputer.
I request you to reinstall your product after that and you will be good to go.

I'am having trouble downloading AVG ZEN free trial, my desktop is running windows 7? I would like to run a full version atm as I'm on a Disabilty pension & cant afford either, but oviously need my computer clean.
