Frustrating sales tactics despite 10 years as a customer

I just spent 35 minutes trying to opt out of email marketing from AVG.  They send a link via email to verify the request from a company in Prague called GEN that tells you to "click the button below" to confirm and after 3 tries resending the request there is NO BUTTON to click.  NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Is anyone else experiencing this?
