I am finding it almost impossible to get a solution to an ongoing problem I'm experiencing with AVG Technologies / Cleverbridge and their billing agency Digital River.
For the purposes of work, I need to have my employer's full address in my 'Bill to:' section of my invoice. However, each time an invoice is issued, it only shows my name, postal code and abbreviated on my country. The name of my company, street address, town and region don't appear.
Within the AVG Technologies account settings, there is no way to provide this full information, but I have raised this with Cleverbridge before. I have contacted them with my full billing details, but nothing has changed.
When an invoice is issued, I often contact either AVG or Cleverbridge for a reissue of the invoice. They then tell me it's out of their hands and I am directed to Digital River. Then Digital River tells me they can't help with customer support for AVG / Cleverbridge! It's a complete runaround.
I've asked AVG / Cleverbridge to include my full billing address in their records so invoices are produced correctly, but that seems to have gotten nowhere.
Does anyone has a solution for this mess?
