From your descritpion, our colleague had assumed that the 'Waning' pop-up you're referring to, could be a scam message (tricking people into calling their support and paying for services that are not required).
Hence, we had requested the screenshot of the pop-up, so that we can check & make sure.

I wrote asking why if I had full protection I managed to get a Microsoft Virus scam. Your reply by email … send screen shots. I can't they have gone. There were several overlapping flashing screen. I shut down my computer. I replied that if you google Microsoft Virus scam you can see the screens. Your reply … can't trace you ??? Is this an attempt to avoid my question ? Here it is again. I can't return your original email with the heading as it has conveniently disappeared. Please advise. Why did I get these screens if I paid for full protection.
