Full Screen that says "Opps, it looks like you're using an illegal

That's not exactly what it says.  It says word for word "Opps, it looks like you're using an illegal copy of this software"  It never mentions AVG, although the AVG logo appears on the page.  I'm hesitant to click on anything if it turns out to be something other than a real AVG message.  I'll see if I can do a print screen next time it comes up.

Recently, I've been getting a full size screen that pops up, it's black, and it says "Opps, it looks like you're using an illegal copy of this software"  and it has the AVG logo by it.  Is this really from AVG or is it some sort of malware?  I looked at my AVG account and my license expires in 2018. Any ideas?
