On 9th Mach 2020 a card payment was made in the amount of £38.68 to DRI*AVG Technologies 49. I have no knowledge what this is about. I did not authorise this payment. I do not use AVG on my computer. Please reverse this payment.

Completing a business transaction and it didn't go through because of low funds contacted my bank and was told a payment was made to your company which I knew nothing of.this was an unauthorized payment. No emails stating that  I m looking for a refund please.
