The above instructions does not work. While attempting to use this process just generates more error codes while tryiing to install it so that it can remove the original install of AVG Ultimate (formerly ZEN). It seems that when AVG changed/tweaked/revised/updated the code/processes for ZEN to Ultimate that is when these issues began. Now you have to get AVG support involved and of course at the cost of $19.99 to fix the problem. When it's a paid subscription support should come with it as standard. Forum support is not supporting the customer after thier money has been spent.

These tools will help you to remove AVG traces completely from your PC.

I'm having trouble installing my paid version of AVG Ultimate, installation runs but then I get error-causing "0xE000374: General error (0x0374)" and will not be installed.
