Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
May I know the name of AVG program that you have installed on your PC?
Is it free, paid or trial version?
Did you get any error code other than the insufficient privileges message?

I get a message that I don't have sufficient privileges to update or delete avg. I cannot uninstall. Have free version and have paid for a year subscription. It will not allow me to install. What can I do?
