Get rid of a popup warning

Each opening of Chrome brings a warning of AVG internet security :
Virus JS/redir and asrv-a akamaihd.net/sd/1700/1307.js
I have been searching to solve it by starting Windows XP in save mode and do a virusscan but my PC wont accept this mode.Anyone a solution to solve it please?
