Bought AVG internet security and tune up for my laptop this morning, installed ok and then did a scan.
In tune up it advised that Windows 10 needed some updates so I triggered the updates. The updates downloaded and then required a restart. I did this but now cannt get the laptop to start. Windows can't start despite me trying all the options repair reset etc
Any ideas how to get round this?

I tried what you suggested but this did not work still got same problem.
