Please click on 'See details' option that is available in the notificaiton & then share us the screenshot.
It would help us to identify the AVG component that is blocking the file.
I have never seen this before but in a scan it does not get found. It prompts a warning when I run ringcentralmeetings.exe

If you believe the detection is false, I'd request you to add the file to AVG exceptions list as described in this link. Then, report the false detection to our developers from https://www.avg.com/en-us/false-positive-file-form.
They will analyze it and fix this issue.
