Can anyone connected to AVG please confirm if this problem has been resolved? It's a very serious issue for our Company, and we want to be sure it is vanished. On the other hand, such a silence (or ignoring?) in a topic of this kind is actually highly disappointing (at the very least)… Especially taking into account the fact that this is the official AVG Support Community.

My name is Serhii.
Our Company is currently trying to roll out new bootstrap installer wrappers, but many of our customers started to complain that your protection products often block installation of our products using these. Our own testing do confirm existence of this problem, despite the fact, that upon checking on VirusTotal, your engine never flags any of the installers.
Please NOTE: we are whitelisting all of our executables through your FTP, which is getting performed in compliance with your guidelines.
So far (since November) we:
1) reported and re-reported the problem, describing it in details, through different support channels multiple times
2) manually submitted the installers through your online false-positive form (even more than once) and received a response from you:
"Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused. The detection by AVG was incorrect and was removed in a recent AVG update, please wait at least 24 hours.
If the detection persists, please reply to this e-mail and:
1. Attach a screenshot of your virus database version in AVG.
2. Attach the screenshot including the detection dialog, with See details in the bottom-right corner displayed.
Please do not hesitate to contact AVG at any time with further inquiries.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation, we appreciate it."
3) replied to the above email several times, attaching all the requested screenshot and even once a video
No matter what we did, nothing was helpful, the problem still persists.
So, what else might be done so that the problem was finally eliminated!?
