We're glad to look into this & help you.
From your description, we're uncertain about the dashboard to which you refer. Would you be so kind to clarify whether you refer the AVG program interface?
You can also share us the screenshot of the issue, if possible.

I am totally frustrated trying to get on/to the dashboard.This should be made easy.
I will have one more try and if that fails i shall cancel my subscription.
Anybody know how to do it?
