I forgot my application password
Thank you for the information.
Please follow the below steps to unlock your application:
1. Open AVG Antivirus app
2. Tap on drawer(3 lines) on top-left of the app and select "App lock" option.
3. When the app lock screen opens, tap on 3 dots on top-right of the screen.
4. Email address will appear.
5. Enter the password of your google id and not the password of AVG my account.
6. When you successfully entered the password, click on save or next.
7. You will see an option to reset the pin.
