Firstly, please mention the name(s) of the AVG program(s) installed on your device and specify the operating system of your device.
Secondly, could you elaborate how you came to the conclusion that you'd be able to access the bitbucket host after allowing/whitelisting access to the bitbucket host using AVG (while your device is connected to your company's VPN network)?
Can you access the bitbucket host while your AVG protection has been disabled?

I am not if there is a way to put a exception for ssh host in the settings like we can add for web shield.

Can someone please help how by pass proxy and access bitbucket host from company's vpn network?

I am able to access the site over https from the browser.
