Glitch upon trying to update my payments card

Their problem persists. I try to follow advice on this ticket, but I go in circles, opening more and more browser pages for the same thing, and never getting anywhere near being able to contact AVG.

I logged in to AVGI trying to update update my payments card due to the fact my old card expired, i inserted all the card s details correctly and with all that I got an answer like this: „Sorry there s been a glitch.” I tried this several times on different browsers (mozilla, chrome, opera) and the same glitch appeared.
I will insert a picture of the page with the glitch below:

  1. Your chat service robot led me to the same page that I was trying before I contacted you (AVG Account). I inserted again all the card s details correctly and with all that, I got an answer like this: „Sorry there s been a glitch.”- Total fail from your side

    2. I called to your UK support phone number and I listened to music for an hour. Again total fail from your side.
What do you recommend me to do next?
