Glitch when trying to update credit card

Hi, I keep trying to update my credit card and receive a message that there is a glitch and to contact support. I can’t find an email to contact support, please help!

I am also experiencing the same problem. Tried searching all over the AVG website for a online chat, but unable to reach support. I am to the point of possibly letting my subscription run out, then go with a different company for my virus protection.

yea, same here. no update because of glitch. no working phone number for the 24/7 support. no online chat support. all clicking runs in circles…doing nothing. almost like avg wants you so cancel service and go with a better provider

Glad to hear I’m not the only one experiencing this. I think I’m going to look for another provider.

I have decided to go with some other company. I have narrowed it down and will be making the move this week. AVG has been good overall. I have been with them for many years. However, this endless circle of trying to reach support is not good customer service. Good luck to everyone. - Mike

I have the same problem. When my subscription period was close to the end, I discovered that they were about to charge me the full amount. New subscribers, however, got a 40% discount. I considered that theft from loyal subscribers (about 15 years in my case). So I cancelled the subscription. To make sure they didin’t take my money I also cancelled the subscription in Paypal. Within minutes they offered me a 50% discount if I renewed. I accepted that. But now they keep telling me Paypal doesn’t work. And when I try to change my paying method that green button does not respond. Whatever I try to do in their support section, I always end at that green nonworking button.No email option, not chatbot. Looks like they end up losing me as a customer after all these years.
