Gmail in thunderbird blocked by email shield

Thank you, the issue seemed to have resolved itself for now, without me needing to follow your exception suggestion.

I have just downloaded the free trial of AVG TUNEUP, but every time I click on FIX& CLEAN in the MAINTENANCE tab, I always get a  message saying that the online content in not loading..and to contact customer support. My internet connection is working  fine. I am using WINDOWS 10 on BRAVE browser.. What is the problem please and how  can it be fixed?

you have sent me the exact same link I sent you in my previous message, which is where I downloaded TUNEUP the 1st time, which was unable to load offline content. I have uninstalled, downloaded again from your link, and reinstalled, but I have the exact same problem again. The online content  will not load.. AGAIN!..

Can you provide any help that will actually solve the problem or will I give up on AVG Tuneup because it doesn't work?

I had TUNEUP installed on my laptop some time ago, whenit did work, but did not renew  the subscription when it expired. Has this anything to do with it?

Does my dowloading it on BRAVE browser have anything  to do with the problem?

There is no point in me uninstalling and redownloading and reinstalling a 3rd time..

You can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on "Answer" & then click on the "Image" [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

The product will be renewed when the auto renewal is turned on. Since you have turned off the subscription, it hasn't been renewed.

After unistalling/reinstalling AVG due to a nuisance AVG pop-up, I was no longer able to download gmail from Thunderbird client. I tried disabling the AVG email shield & was then able to access gmail in Thunderbird, although I was always able to access  it with email shield enabled before re-installing AVG. What is the problem & how can I have shield enabled as it should be but still access email!

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. You can download and install AVG Tuneup trial from the follow link (PC Cleaner & Tune Up | Download Trial | AVG) Once you open the download link, you need to click on Try it free for 30 days option.
