Google Chrome has stopped loading websites

Two things:
Once I activate AVG Web protection, Google Chrome says it is being "managed by your organisation".
Why does this happen?

Secondly, many websites which used to load has stopped in Google Chrome (eg. Facebook.com, Airtel.in)

Is there anything that I need to do in setting to allow these websites?
