Could you try browsing in a different web browser and check if the pop up appears?
If it is only in Chrome, make sure that you are using the latest version and reset the browser settings to default once.
If the issue persists, let us know if the pop up appear upon visiting a particular website or is it random?
If it is a particualr website, please let us know what website is it.
Here's the threat -
When using a different browser it doesn't appear. I have the lastest version of chrome and did a re-install yesterday. The popup is random.
