I am sorry to hear about this. But I don't find any active AVG subscriptions under this email address. Hence I have sent an email to collect the details regarding the money deducted from your account. Please reply to that email with required details to assist further.

I have also found charges in my Paypal account for $3.29 on  2/03/18 and then again 3/03/18 for same amount saying Google Payment Aust.Pty Ltd paypal approved payment for inv # AU00KZGJIU
Transaction # OYC52088L34852011 . The later payment was for Inv # AUOOLDMAMI  on Transaction # 2L255618J99833604. Looks official but I have not ordered or approved any payment as listed. How do I put a stop to this fraud?
