Hi,
I have been running AVG products for a number of years, but just over a year ago started a subscription for AVG Ultimate via my Google Play App, it's been fine for the past year, but since it renewed I only seem to have the Free Versions of everything and no pro features which is very frustrating, despite my subscription still being in place and showing under my Google Play Subscriptions?
Can anybody help? Have tried AVG's solution of uninstalling and re-installing but still no luck in getting the full Pro version features back.
