I am sorry to know that.
Please open the AVG User Interface and click on "Internet Security" to open the dashboard of it.
On the dashboard, click on "Menu–>About–>Subscriptions"
To the right of subscriptions window, please click on "Log out account". You will get the option as "Remove License", click on it.
After few seconds, restart prompt will appear, if not proceed with the restart of your PC manually.
Open the AVG user interface again and click on AVG Internet Security to get into the dashboard.
Repeat the same steps to get into the subscriptions tab.
You will have "Log in" option, click on it to enter the AVG my account credentials.
Once it is entered your paid subscription will get activated and check whether both Internet Security and PC TuneUp gets activated.

i have in messages warning that (Hacker attack protection broken) when i say fix it runs and then just stops and still have message. i run out of ideas. i even reinstalled but problem consists. running on windows 10 64 bit.
