Hacker Attacks not automatically turning on

I'm having the same problem. Have to manually turn Hacker Attacks on at each restart

This is a known issue and our developers are working on a fix.
Please refer this article and perform program update for AVG Internet Security.
Post restart, please check the status with hacker attacks. If it is still turned off, we can reinstall the program using clear tool and check the status.
Keep us apprised.

This problem started about 6-8 weeks ago, I keep thinking it will fix itself.  

I have to manually start AVG Internet Security, then turn the feature on at each restart.  Any ideas on how to get it to activate automatically, as it used to?
