Hacker attacks not protected

Hi Vairavan - thanks for the answer I have done all you said but the probem has not changed
the enhanced firewall says not protected. Is there any other suggestions as I'd like better protection
please.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Please open AVG Internet Security > Menu > Settings > Components and check if firewall/ransomware are enabled. If not please enable it and check the status.

If the issue persists, please repair AVG Internet security http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-repair-AVG from the control panel and then check the status.

My AVG Internet security says Computer - Protected; Web & email - Protected
Privacy - protectee; Payment - Protected. You think that's great everything's protected
then you see Hacker Attacks - not protected.
Anyone can help with this situation.

Binu, did you try AVG repair and checked if that fix the "Hacker Attacks" issue?

Have you manually tried to turn on "Hacker Attacks" components?

If not, please click on "Hacker Attacks" component and enable the component that is disabled, check if that fix the issue.

It seems that the program got corrupted. Please run the AVG Clear tool mentioned in this article and reinstall the program to fix the issue.
