Sometimes if Ransomware component is disabled, then Hacker attack tile will be shown as not protected. Please check if all the components are enabled and activated. Please repair AVG Internet security http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-repair-AVG from the control panel and then check the status.
