Hacker's protection cannot turn on

I have recently purchased AVG Internet Security and only Hacker's protection is showing red… it will not allow me to turn it on on main page, neither in notification.
I have tried to restart my PC, also I run scan of all PC manually… but nothing is solving this issue.
Any clues how to solve it? thanks

There is an ongoing issue with the Password protection. Our developers are already aware of it & working on it to fix it shortly.
Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience caused. Meanwhile, performing a clean installation is the workaround provided by them.

Uninstall AVG using AVG Clear
Install, Activate AVG Internet Security
