Hacker's protection cannot turn on

I have recently purchased AVG Internet Security and only Hacker's protection is showing red… it will not allow me to turn it on on main page, neither in notification.
I have tried to restart my PC, also I run scan of all PC manually… but nothing is solving this issue.
Any clues how to solve it? thanks
