Had security issues since start of April 2023

I have had remote access 3 times since start of April 2023. First time VPN was broken and would not switch on. it was fixed, then I had problems from 12th My loading every site I want to visit, windows diagnostics said security or firewall settings may be blocking connection. I had remote access on 16th and 17th May to fix this. This was corrected but now my VPN has switched off again, says "stopped working" and wont switch back on. I need avg remote access to fix this otherwise I am paying for a product that dont work and I am left vulnerable. I am not tech savvy and I have a visual disability
