Hard time with antitheft

Hello Josh,

This can be fixed by resetting AVG Antivirus app.
Get into Device Menu -> Settings -> Apps/Application Management -> AVG Antivirus-> Tap on clear cache & Clear data -> Force stop the app once.
Now restart your device once and check if everything works fine. Please make sure that the user access is granted for AVG Antivirus app.
Check the log in for AVG Anti-Theft and inform the status.

I'm trying to sign in with my info after going to antitheft etc and it won't sign me in says invalid info even though I reset my password twice it just goes to the subscription page and says I'm logged in but the app avg mobile doesn't show me signed in antitheft.
