Have had internet startup problems and unable to use my internet

I have had to close this account and app due to the problems i have had had with this product   Also AVG and Tune Up downloaded  fine  but  when it was tuned  up seemed to be very slow at stat up and closed down and after several  weeks would not connect to the internet . So i had no chose  but to Restore my computer to  a Pre-Store Point to rectify  the problem . And  now would like to have my account closed  and  after this unfortunate time i`ve had to have the monies retuned to my credit card . Thanks for your advice in advance Paul
