Have just purchased a new PC with windows 10 but can't install my current AVG licences

I have followed the installation download to install Internet Security, PC Tune up and Driver update Licences I have with AVG, when asked to my License keys I get a message saying the key is not recognised, when I use the License Retrival Form it does not recognise my e-mail address but I have had it since renewing my licenses and frequently get e-mails from AVG. don'y know what to try next. any assistance would be appreciated
