I understand how something like this can really try your patience. Upon carefully reviewing your I see that you have purchased AVG Protection and AVG Performance in your account. To install AVG we request you to uninstall all AVG product from your pc using AVG remover tool and then install AVG Protection.
To run AVG remover tool for AVG Antivirus please follow the below steps :
Please click on the below link to download remover tool
http://aa-download.avg.com/filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe
Accept the license agreement and then choose AVG Internet Security and remove it.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the drive where you installed this tool and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.
i have tried but still failed can you please somehow fix this for me ???

keep getting error installing and considering i paid a lot of money am a little frustrated first it was the error ending in 643 and no error 0x00000000
