Help cancelling and refunding my AVG subscription

Hello, I'd like to refund and cancel my AVG subscription.

I had a trial subscription on my laptop. It has been factory reset since. I couldn't cancel the subscription in my subscription page and have been charged. I tried contacting support via chat since I couldn't contact support via phone. It didn't work and only showed "Webpage blocked by extension" or something along those lines.

If you could refund and cancel my AVG subscription, that would be great.
