Help I do not know what I am doing

I renewed our 2year protection plan (well I think I have) and my fist question is when I have gone into it on the computer it says that I am still at risk and I have to pay extra.  Why is this when I paid for full protection on all of my computers and Mac and phones???
Also I am really struggling downloading my protection onto my iphone and ipad ??? is there any phone number I can talk to someone as I don't understand why I have paid extra for this super duper cover but I cannot get it on my devices.  Regards Glenis
