Help with a digital River activation

I'm still having trouble with this Digital Rivers activation , the activation code is not working when I copy to clipboard, so I presume it is the wrong number ? I have uninstalled AVG & reinstalled it again following the instructions, but it tells me I'm on a free trial, & just will not accept my activation code, I've paid £49.99 for this product, please can you help me with this issue.

The number you have sent to activate my product is the same one that I have been using & it doesn't work , I've tried it on several occasions, I'm running out of options as to what to do next ?
