Go online to find how to enter into your device safe mode.
From within your device safe mode you can delete the software locking your device.

I installed the App Lock on my Galaxy 6plus this morning.
Selected my security pattern, & went into settings to set up permissions.
But its asking for a fingerprint to open the apps
I don't have fingerprint security set up on the phone…
Can't get into anything - including Settings - as this has also been locked.
I didn't ask it to lock settings.
Feeling pretty locked out of my phone 
Has anyone got any advice ?
I'm sorry I can't confirm the version of Android, can't get into settings…
It was all up to date…
