Ok I’ve spent a frustrating amount of time dealing with AVG both over the phone and by e-mail.
We are a micro business that runs AVG business antivirus with 5 seats.
We have new employees and I want to add 2 more seats to our existing subscription.
Firslty I e-mail AVG sales and waited a week, zero response.
Next I called, unfortunately the agent I spoke to could barely speak english and had absolutely no clue what I wanted to do, so after 30 exceptionally frustrating minutes repeating myself over and over he promised to escalate my query, again zero response from AVG.
Next I raised a ticket and a few days later I actually got a response saying I need to contact partner or reseller sales. I went back and pointed out I was an end-user and then was sent a link to buy 2 more licenses at the normal AVG store. These would be new licenses with different keys and different expiry dates.
That’s not what I want, I want to simply add 2 seats to our current license with the same expiry date so I can manage them all through the cloud console.
I also want the pricing that 5-7 seats gives not the 2 seat pricing.
Surely this can be done, employees come and go all the time, it’s supposed to be a business product?
