How can I Block an application with "avg internet security version 20" from going out to internet

Blocking an app from internet must not be that difficult I searched for the settings for too long to no avail. This was a challenge in previous version too with a solution like - there is a menu item in the troubleshoot section which called something like show me the old settings and in there you can block an app from going into the internet - please fix this - tell me how to do it or sadly I will not use avg internet security anymore.
