How can I choose which issues to let TuneUp try to resolve, and which ones it should ignore?

I am interested in at least trying TuneUp – but I’m concerned about the large numbers of problem issues AntiVirus tells me it’s found for TuneUp to “resolve”. Can I pick and choose which issues (or better yet, which issues in each category) I’m willing to have TuneUp address, and which ones I want it to ignore? If so, are basic text instructions available on how would I do that? (Thanks in advance.)

In TuneUp after the scan review to the list of issues. You can check and uncheck each item to choose what to fix and ignore.

Thank you. To clarify and confirm, my AntiVirus Free says (among other details) that I have XX “Programs slowing down my PC”, YYY “Broken registry items”, and ZZ GB of “System junk”. Would I be able to check and uncheck only each of those categories (and the others), or would I be able to check and uncheck each program, each registry item, and/or each chunk of junk?
