Over the last few years I have purchased many AVG products because I liked them. However, I have changed my email address because the 1st one was unreliable and like an idiot just kept buying products to keep my computer safe. I know that I have duplicated several programs and I also bought the AVG Ultimate which probably incorporates some of the ones I bought indiviually but I can't find out which ones they are. I also purchased AVG Premium Tech Support but I can't find out how to contact them. I am elderly and need to be able to talk to someone on what to do because when I try to follow instructions on the page they do not work for me. I am absolutely at my wits end because they keep taking subscriptions from my account, a lot of money for me, and I have no way of checking if I am paying 3 times for the same product or in fact how to prevent this happening. Can someone please help me?
