Hoping for some help as I have been struggling for months to get a refund. I was given a case reference number after doing it online ( was within 7 days of money being taken), have tried numerous ways to contact. How can you actually contact this company to get something resolved? All the ‘support’ if you can call it takes you round in circles. It’s silly now as this company have been holding my money for month, they should be paying me interest! The fact it’s so hard to contact them and actually get help with issues is really disappointing.

Struggling with AVG since December 2024. Wanted my money back due to their payment software. Unable to get response, although tried every possible link to AVG. That is almost criminal. AVG takes payment weeks before subscription due - one has no control- AVG controls your accounts.

Yes it becomes criminal by now AVG is handling a refund situation. No response to contact, chat line (4 hrs) and still waiting since December 2024. However, they constantly promoting their ‘advanced and new’ software. By now I am shying away from AVG. The situation is really getting out of control by them.
To get any action from AVG is hopeless, waiting for double billing since December 2024.
