I purchased 2 years of AVG Security and after talking to the technical support who had my computer brought up in the safe mode; I can no longer use my computer. I also purchased the AVG Driver. I have tried e-mail customer service but believe the e-mails go into an abyss. I cannot bring up anything at all on my computer and this happened about 2 months ago. I would at least like to get into my Microsoft Office programs to get the information I need but the computer when I try to reboot it wants me to put a disc in and I don't have one. Will someone please contact me from AVG?
