I had an issue with a AVG upgrade yester and called the help desk number the outcome was that they advised Windows be reinstalled which I thought was pretty drastic.
My issue is that the would not help me until I paid them £48 which I thought was near to blackmail as I've been.
I would like to find a way to have a discussion with someone in authority at AVG? Can anyone point me in the right direction.
