Sorry!! I am a 87 years old.Dutchman And my English is not so good For years I have been a customer from AVG. And always was very satisfied. But now something has gone wrong.
On 03-13-2019 I got a mail from AVG telling me that my AVG Internet Security was ending on 04-12-'19
And if I would renewal. Immidiately I renewed and payed Euro 57.36. for 2 years But… instead of a renewal .I became a AVG AntiTrack which I don't need at all.
Now a colleague of yours advised me to ask a refund for the Euro 57.36 and again to renew my AVG
Internet security. But I don't know how to fix that. Yesterday I tried to get help from your Dutch colleague but after 25 minutes waiting on the phone the connection.runned down…
So, please !!! Help me to solve this problem for me. After all those years I want to stay with AVG!!!

my small fast drive is full, avg installed on it, can i move avg without uninstalling please to my 1 tera drive, thank you
