A year ago, I attempted to subscribe to your service, but the payment did not go through, and I did not receive the subscription (neither a receipt nor any subscription benefits). Consequently, I believed the subscription attempt had failed, and I forgot about it. However, this week, I was unexpectedly charged approximately $110 (close to 400 ILS) for a subscription I do not have.
I have checked my account, and there is no record of an active subscription or payment history. Furthermore, I cannot contact the company from my current location. Because I do not have the subscription, I am unable to cancel it or request a refund through the usual channels.
I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue promptly. Please cancel any associated subscription and process a refund for the unauthorized charge. I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your response.
