Your e-mail to me (which I'm assuming you sent so fewer folks can read about your dissappointing service) suggests that I was asking for support. I AM NOT. I would like my subscriptions cancelled. When can I expect you to comply with my request?
Hello Frank.
We regret to hear about the inconvenience caused.
AVG AntiTrack is not an ad blocker and you will probably still see ads on some of your favorite websites after installing the application. However, AVG AntiTrack prevents trackers from gathering information about your online behavior and stops you from seeing targeted ads (for example, an ad for a product you recently viewed).
May I know which web browser do you use and could you confirm if AVG AntiTrack extension is installed on that browser?
I have anti-virus, anti-track and VPN yet am being tracked constantly as demonstrated by the amount of advertisements from companies whose websites I have visited. NOT WHAT I PAID FOR. I want these subscriptions ended now.
Hello Frank,
We are sorry if you feel like that. To fix this issue, we request you to get connected with our additional support.
An email instruction has been sent which will help you to get connected.

Specifically I went onto Quadratech.com to purchase jeep seats. I did so. Hours later on random news sites I get ads from Quadratech.com showing me the seats I just purchased. That's not random. Day before yesterday I searched Discount Tires for a specific tire and size. Within hours I'm getting ads from Discount Tires for that specific tire. That's not random.
I can give you more examples, but clearly I'm being tracked.
I also checked my subscriptions in your help section. Keep in mind that I set up my VPN to start up with the computer. Every time I start my computer I am required to open VPN and turn it on. When I do I get a popup stating 'I'm protected'. When I checked my subscription it says that my VPN is not loaded on my computer and why don't I go ahead and load it up? WTH is that all about.
Bottom line, I'm being tracked despite you program. Am I to trust you other programs? I do not. I want them off my computer.
Hi Janet,
