How do I cancel the AVG TuneUp trail before 6/9/25

#AGAP1603467875 I m requesting a refund as I stated via email from AVG that I wish to cancel my subscriptions immediately on 2nd May 2025.. but no one responded to inform me that I require to cancel it online via AVG webpage.
