How do I cancel my automated yearly subscription with AVG

I have just been billed $65.99 for something from AVG through Digital River Ireland, sydney.  I am very confused and wondering if Digital River Ireland is a legitimate company andif they act on your behalf.  

Am at present not using  AVG Secure VPN.  What does this do anyway.  I do not remember subscribing for this.  But if I have paid a 3 year subsription then no dont cancel, and let me know how to set it up on my laptop.

Yes, Digital River provides eCommerce and payment services for AVG orders processed via AVG web/In-App cart.
We don't think that your AVG account has been hacked as we could see that an error was made while entering the email address for this purchase done on 15th July 2017.
Since the email address was incorrect, you weren't aware of the subscription.
Due to recent charge, you contacted us and found another account under your name.

We are able to locate another account where you used incorrect email domain ****@g.com for the purchase of AVG TuneUp - Unlimited Devices (1 year subscription).
The initial purchase was made on 15th July 2017 and due to auto renewal, the recent charge was debited automatically.
Would you like to cancel the auto renewal for this subscription and get refund for the recent charge?

Yes, please cancel auto subscription for AVG Tune - unlimited devices. I would appreciate a refund for this product. I believe I have been hacked through a AVG account as I definately did NOT order this product and have had other problems with hackers on my computer.  Can you please tell me if you work with Digital River Ireland Sydney.  Thank you

OK, I have just been billed $65.99 by AVG for an unknown product through Digital River Ireland. in Sydney.  I am wondering if this is a legitimate organization?  If so what have I been billed for.  No do not cancel my AVG secure VPN.  Thank you.
