As of now, there is no option available on your end to update the card information.
If you would like to do it from your end, then we have to cancel the auto renewal service for the subscription, wait for the subscription to expire and then renew using the new card details.

I have a new bank card and my subscription is due .How do I change it as any request for payment on the old card will be refused. I am amazed there is no option to update or change payment details on my account.
